Which drive should be the master and should it be plugged into the 1st power connection or the last on the same line? (on the same line so that the HD can have its own dedicated line)
Also, I want to hook up 2 case fans, (they are both 4 pin configurations). I have heard not to put them on the same power line as the HD because of electrical interherence. My Mobo has a slot for 1 3pin case fan. Should I just buy 1 3pin fan or is it ok to use the inline power fans on the same power line as the cd player. That would yield a DVD, CDR, and 2 fans on the same line???? By the way, my power supply is an AMD approved 300w.
Please help we with both of these questions.
