This has happened to me a few times now and is getting really annoying. My computer will freeze, and when I restart it it can't find the primary IDE drive!! I go into the bios and it can't even find it there? I pulled the IDE cable for my secondary slave drive and restart and it finds all my IDE devices and will work fine from then on, until this problem happens again. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it my bios, is it a virus, is something in my system going bad? I really hope some of you can help. Thanks in advance, this is really annoying.
