Master Collection Starscream (transformers)

I seem to remember my Starscream being a bit darker.

But anyway, it does look nice

well he and skyfire were too busy talking about their past, and Starscream giving a touching story about how he kept looking.

They're also releasing a repaint - Skywarp. If you look at Masterpiece Megatron, he actually turns into a Walther P38. Some stores sell him with an orange cap on the end, to conform with U.S. toy gun laws. Others don't. It just depends. They also released an Optimus Prime (MP-04?) with a trailer. (MP-01 didn't include a trailer, nor did MP-02, Ultra Magnus, which is just a white repaint of Optimus.)

As to Starscream, it was a deliberate choice by the makers to give him a more "realistic" color scheme, which makes it look like ass, in my opinion. Also, I've run into a military guy who actually says that it SHOULDN'T have blues that dark. Go figure.

Megatron turned into a handgun and let himself be fired by some other bot to kill off a common enemy.

Masterpiece Prime actually comes with a Megatron gun you can put in his hands. It's a reference to "The Ultimate Doom" where Megatron let him shoot him to fire an unstable explosive outside the atmosphere so it wouldn't kill everyone. MP Starscream also has a place to attach the Megatron gun to the bottom of the plane... but it doesn't come with it; only Prime does. Considering how they show where to place Megatron IN THE INSTRUCTIONS, it's annoying you have to buy another character to get an accessory which should have been included with Screamer'.

reading that alone brings me 15 years back. (i don't have any Transformers however, but I had Gundum models which has the similar dilemmas)

I had the metal larger version of Starscream as a kid. I was so angry when I lost it.
