I installed the new X800 Pro.

Then a few days later I shut off the computer and installed a sound card and when I boot up this happened.

Reformatted. Everything was fine. Then a few days later, here it is again.

It would only happen when I get to the windows desktop. Now it has gone away again after I shut the comp off for 5 secs. Idk what the hell is going on.

It came back after booting up the comp from a night of being off and now it's gone again.

I tried booting up a game while it was doing that and boy oh boy what corruption. I kinda felt like the 70's I was in a dark room with all these lights and these one or two different colored polygons pivoting around the screen. Night Fever. This was Splinter Cell. Next time I'll take a picture for ya.

This is very weird. CCC reported 49C temp. I had Overdrive on with those temps. Then I turned it off as well as fast-writes. Everything is back to normal, but I still don't think it's solved. Temp is now at 48C.

It's freaking Overdrive. I thought I'd try to turn it on while fastwrites were off, thinking that fastwrites could have been the cause of instability, but as soon as I clicked apply, the same type of corruption appeared. Now I just leave it off. I'm turning fastwrites back on though.
