A better analogy would be someone who is behind on his house payment, but continues to invest in furthering his education.

Knowledge is never a wasted investment.

Education =/= Knowledge

Spending time and money in school with the hope of it paying off when you get out isn't really a great "action plan" for life anymore. This is 2009...thanks to globalization you only earn decent money if you are actually good at something, not merely educated on a topic.

Well I got my job in education by further my own education. You don't prove your point by vastly exaggerating the current state of the job market.

I'm not exaggerating anything - in fact you just proved my statement that educated =/= knowledgeable, as you're not even aware of the state of the US and global job market.

So you're a janitor at a school? GG You're content working for peanuts...there is no shortage of jobs that either suck or don't pay enough. For people who care about their standard of living the options aren't very bountiful. Good for me, because now I have plenty of cheap labor in the states...bad for people who spent $40K plus on college only to get out and discover the best they could do is a career in greetology at Walmart. 😀

I'm sure this was a very efficient use of tax dollars.

Turned out that the dust found in that new ring also cures cancer and allows people to masturbate without killing any kittens.

How massive is this thing compared to the other rings? Considering how it's so "massive"...

"Massive" as in size and volume, not as in "Mass" like it should be. It's CNN, what do you expect?
