Recently got a new mobo and I've been getting massive interference/static on the screen especially in DVI mode with my 8500DV. In Analog it is a lot better but the problem with the static is still there. Problem doesn't seem to be appear when I use other cards (Matrox, NVIDIA).
The 8500DV worked fine on my other board but seems to have some annoying problems ever since I've moved. DVI doesn't seem to be "stable" so to speak... My display seems to keep loosing sync and goes off and on. Dunno if this is an ATI related problem or a board related one. Any ideas? I really don't wanna get rid of this card. :/
The board I'm using is a SGI M25D (The ones that are used in the 330 Visual Workstations). Display is a SGI 1600SW
