Massive instability under XP

I just replaced my system's guts with a new XP1600+ and an Epox board. Now, XP is totally unstable, won't let me change the resolution on my monitor, and constantly gives me these "Send error report to Microsoft?" popups.

Any suggestions on what I should do? I just re-installed windows. Do I need to get some kind of help from Epox?

never mind. I installed the VIA 4-in-1 drivers and everything seems to be working fine now. I'll come back if the problems start up again...which they surely will
