SemiAccurate is reporting AMD is preparing almost three dozen (30+) next-generation Jaguar/Kaveri APUs! Leo Yim is reporting "this is a rather clear indication that AMD has the first silicon back in the labs, or could be even closer to a final tape-out."

The more impresive for me is that the successors of "Kabini" and "Temash" would launch in Q2 2014!!!

That sure is quick. I wonder what improvements are in store. I don't want Trinity to Richland like improvements, I want Trinity to Kaveri like improvements!

The code names of the graphics engines are based off the Lockheed AC-130H “Spectre” and Lockheed AC-130U “Spooky” ground-attack aircraft.
it seems amd is on the attack, its got intel in its crosshair!

I sure hope they will have large volumes on release day and we will see more Laptops without dGPUs and lower prices.

That would be expected, they should be little more than what Anand said they would do as a refresh, ie remove some I/O and legacy in order to get TDP down, just like they did with Hondo.

What's that supposed to imply ? Regardless of whether the USAF uses these monikers or not I still feel they're kinda o_O for a tech product !

Yeah, I get what you mean. AMD wants us to think this:

Whereas most of us will think this:
