i'll be taking the written test. anyone remember any of the questions on there? i heard it's quite easy and only requires a 14/20 score to pass. but i want to make sure 🙂

To ensure proper airspace protection while holding at 5,000 feet in a civil airplane, what is the maximum indicated airspeed a pilot should use?

oh sorry that's for the instrument rating test.

Damn you guys have it lucky. Here's the process to get a full driver's license here:
1. Writting Test (40/50 to pass)
2. Learner's License (for 1 year, must drive with someone over 25)
3. Road Test (45 minutes)
4. New Driver License (for 2 years, certain restrictions)
5. Road Test (45 minutes)
6. FULL LICENSE!

Edit: Are we even talking about driver's licenses here 😕

1. written test (14/20 to pass)
2. learner's permit for 6 consecutive months, cannot drive between 12-5am, and must operate vehicles w/ someone over 21
3. road test
4. license

i think?

When I was there (in Illinois), this lady go caught for cheating. She got all the questions wrong, except that they would be all right in a different test layout. So don't try to memorize an old test layout, chances are you'll get a different one 🙂

It's really easy. The hardest thing they might ask is what you alcohol precentage is to be declared drunk and not able to drive...

mostly, they will ask questions like True or False: you cannot pass in a lane with double yellow lines.

The actual driving test is really easy too....

Dammit another n00b competing with me for a valuable parking space. 🙂

Good luck. Just remember the bar for driving skill here in Taxachusetts is really low. Stumble and your are over it.

whoopie doo. i got my permit. took me 3 hours to read the first half of the manual...and i passed today w/ a 14/16. as soon as you get 14 questions right, they don't give you any more. 😵

edit: don't worry...i'll be sure to finish reading the driver's manual before my road test.
