Mass Song for Pope John Paul II - played on NPR

When NPR was announcing an upcoming tribute event to Pope JPII, they played a very moving mass song in the background. The event is titled "Grace" and I'm wondering what's the name for that piece and who composed it. Did a search for "Grace music" and "Grace" just in case the song's name is Grace, but got too many irrelevant results.

Happened to be in the San Antonio area when it was announced that the Pope had died so I switched it over to NPR. Unfortunately Terry Gross was given the honors of doing all the post-Pope death interviews. Very interesting information but I'm pretty sure that I could, with good conscience, kick that bitch right in her face.
