Mass Provisioning

So I just recently got a new job provisioning networking equipment and provision about 30-50 access points throughout the day, it pretty much consists of creating a config file for one and just uploading it to the rest and making a few modifications for each one (ie. IP, hostname, etc). I'm sure you can imaging how tedious this gets. So I'm pretty much wondering if anyone knows of a way to provision multiple access points at once or maybe make it more automated.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks,

Don't use shitty SOHO access points?

Use APs that support centralized config. UniFi, Cisco, Aruba, etc.

@Drebo: I'd love to, but I'm a part time employee I don't get to make those kinds of decisions lol only wish I could

@spidey: great idea! I'll have to look into that. Don't know why I didn't think to check that

Yup, they have been doing this for a while. Just a new job for me. Turns out you can telnet into them so figure I'll work on some kind of script involving that. Let you know how it goes, thanks for the suggestions!
