Mass mail server - Opterons?

hey guys, i'm building an Opteron Mass Mail server for my workplace and can't decide which Opteron mobo i should go for? I think the two ways ones can still be used for a single processor mobo.. so Opteron 240(1.4Ghz) should do the job.. Do you think the SK8N / SK8V (HyperTransport issues?) will be okay? Or maybe the MSI K8T MASTER1 ? I want SATA support(not big on SCSI right now), an onboard/AGP slot video...

anybody using an Opteron system at work/home here?
