Mass Image resize/brightness/watermark/etc

I remember a year or two ago downloading a mass imaging program from a link here on AnandTech. It was a free program that was devleoped from someone in China (the website where you download it wasn't in English). Basically you could select a folder or individual files, resize them, add a water-mark, play with brightness, etc. Basically it was a image macroing program and I can't remember the name of it.

Anyone know what I am talking about :)

Are you talking about something like http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/

That allows you to make any pic as big as you're willing to print out on multiple pages.
It only handles 1 mg on site but the download will do any size file.
Note: You have to have network 1.1 installed to use it.

here goes two freeware options. they both mass-edit images.
not sure if either can add watermarks, though.

Nope, it isn't any of the above three. It was some Chinese/Japanese program that was very powerful yet very small and bloat-free. To download it, when I heard about it several years ago here on the forums, you had to go to a Chinese/Japanese website and click on the download link. The program, for whatever reason, was in English though.
