flavio and co. only come out when it's possible to point the finger at the US. I'm sure if given enough time, he'll find a way to twist this into the fault of the US.

Last I checked, crimes against humanity are not, and have never been, justification for invasion of a sovereign nation. There's gotta be UN resolutions, etc involved...

I guess we should have let Germany kill all the jews and keep France. Germany was a sovereign country at the time.

Who's talking about invasion of a country? Having a problem answering Jimbo's question or just reading it?

Perhaps you should check again. There is a history of other nations invading due to "Crimes Against Humanity". France and Belgium for example (Zimbawe and others).

The UN is pretty much powerless, look at all the stuff passed by the General Assembly for example, I bet most of the stuff they have passed is against democracies and in favor of Dictators/Tyrants/etc.
They can pass all the Resolutions they like, but unless a group of Nations (powerful enough) agrees to enforce them, they are just so much wind.

War crimes? What war? During SH's ethnic cleansing, was Iraq in a war?

Crimes against humanity.
Not war crimes.

They will say that Iran gassed them to death, and innocent Iraq was just doing the humanitarian duty by burying them.

Does France have a UN resolution for their actions in the Ivory Coast?

France's changing role in Ivory Coast
"...
In the early days of the fourth month of the war, the French have done what they promised themselves they would not do.

They have become involved in this war.

Comparing a non-agressive nation like Irak to an invasion force like mid 40's Germany is beyond stupid...

Regarding Kosovo, there was a civil war going on...

Why is it necessary to try to justify this war by bringing other nations into the equation? it just makes you look stupid, both the pro and the anti crowd...

"non-agressive nation like Irak"

That's it, I give up. With logic like that there is no way I wish to continue this tonight.

Good night SnapIT. Try to get a good night's sleep.

Yep, I agree. There's a whole lot of "beyond stupid" goin on in that statement. In fact, so far beyond stupid that stupid wouldn't even be visible if looking at it with The Hubble.
