Mass Effect gfx weirdness

I am down to final mission, no spoliers here. Game runs great and plays great at 1920x1080i with all options maxed.

Anytime there is loading screen with jumbgate, gfx looks like it's from 1998 and energy circle spins like it is a slide show.

Worse than this, I have not able to see cutscenes that were not in game gfx, ships, fleets etc. It is all blurry and runs like heavily artifacted slide show. Sound works.

Also minor graphics imperfections in shadows.

i have latest nvidia drivers on xp 32

Could maybe be an SLI issue? I have no idea, but the 8800GT's shouldn't have any problem running ME. Have you tried running it with SLI disabled?

This is most likely a Bink video or DivX or XViD or whatever they use for in-game FMV issue. Do you have problems with any other FMV in games or even mpegs?

i am done with the game, will watch cutscenes later i will dry bink or divx also reinstall of os need as well
