Mass Effect 2 DLC, worth buying?

So I'm replaying ME prepping to play ME2 for the first time. Is any of the DLC worth getting? I don't give a poop about the weapons or armor packs or whatever, but does any of it have worthwhile amounts of gameplay, or any significant story elements?
 
Lair of the Shadow Broker is very good, and so is Kasumi Stolen memory. Overlord and Arrival weren't nearly as good as those two imo, but Arrival supposedly ties in with Mass effect 3.
