So if this law passes most of the products made by Beretta USA will be illegal in the state where they are produced. Good job Martin!

The geniuses in Annapolis are willing to make an exception for Beretta, which really highlights that these proposed laws are mostly feel good BS. But what about the children!

OMalley aides say the bill could have outright banned manufacturing of assault weapons in the state but did not in part because of Beretta, which has agreed to meet with the administration on Monday to discuss the bill.
