marvell and intel new board

Hey Guys,

When buying a new motherboard, how can I tell if the sata controllers are Marvell or Intel?

well all intel boards have at most 6 intel sata ports.

anything after that are usually asmedia or marvell.

if you'd like you can check the specs over at the manufacturers website.

And I linked the boards specifications already for them. It only has Intel.
