How has this game retained it's value so well? I've been wanting to get this game for quite a while now to play when we have friends over but it's about $45 on Ebay.

I played the first one with some buddies and had a blast. Is the 2nd one even better?

No reprints. And it doesn't suck.

Game pricing is generally supply and demand. Constrain the supply end and the demand side will generally increase if it's worth playing.

yeah, I regret trading it in. I should've held onto it. It's pretty fun couch coop. My son and I had a blast.

Is the 2nd one even better?

I liked the first one better. The second one has better graphics and the Fusion (super attacks using two characters) mechanic, but it replaces the customizable costumes and individual items with team items.
