i'm surprised he lasted as long as he did, lol. it'll be interesting to see if he gets jail or just has to pay back money to retrophin inc.

Prosecutors in Brooklyn charged him with illegally taking stock from Retrophin Inc., a biotechnology firm he started in 2011, and using it to pay off debts from unrelated business dealings. He was later ousted from the company, where he’d been chief executive officer, and sued by its board.

If he would have kept his big mouth shut, and donated to the Clinton foundation like all the other guys do he would not have been arrested. What a noob mistake not paying his bribes to keep out of jail.
