Breaking news on CNN right now. Details coming soon.

Based on super heavy Police presence, GUILTY

Counts coming in all GUILTY. I win bet, what do I win?

She is facing many years in prison.

Good, I hope all Corrupt Corp Bastages go to Jail and join her. Make them Co-ed and she'll have lots of Male Company.

Her Company stock trading has been halted.

GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS!!! Based on what other white collar criminals have received years ago, she'll probably get 18 months in prison. I would be very surprised if she got over 24 months in prison.

MARTHA STEWART, YOU HAVE BEEN FOUND GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS. PREPARE YOUR PERSONAL AFFAIRS TO BE SUSPENDED FOR 18 MONTHS. ;)

It's not all bad, she might even do a Martha style makeover of her prison cell as well as that of her cellmates.

Its sad that a Woman leads the charge of sending all the Corp Bastages off to prison.

It epitomizes the fact that woman have "Really Come A Long Way Baby".

That woman is an awful human being, but for the amount of money involved it seemed like a lot of legal firepower going to waste. I'd rather seen a mobster or Enron exec get hanged than Stewart. But, it'll send a message to the wild eyed thieves who populate Wall Street and the corporate offices of America.

I doubt she'll get more than 18 months. It will change her life and her attitude that's for sure.

Her ex-husband must be chuckling big time. :)

What a joke. There are crooks who cheated investors for billions who are free now, and the feds are going after Martha over 40K?
The prosecutors are publicity whores who want to look like they are doing something without actually doing anything.
