Cheating is a deal breaker. You can't do it on accident, so there's no excuse to have done it.

Once you do it, you're out.
 
Depends. While its not accepted at all, anyone can make a mistake once if the circumstances are challenging enough. However if its relationship-cheating and not just a one time thing, that's good for an instant divorce card.
