Artie seems to have the place running well. The place was packed I took a picture to show how busy it was but I didn't want people making fun of the fat kid eating something.
Plenty of staff all over the store its set up to see a cashier no self checkout seen.
I wonder what the cost cutter Radio Shack CEO is doing?

The chicken strips were yummy

I only shop there in the early morning and late at night. It gets stupidly busy and I hate all the crowds.

I do too but they manage the customer flow very well I barely waited to check out. I'd like to shop there more often its just kind of inconvenient for me to get there.

So, you tell us how 'yummy' the food is and just show us the bag instead of the actual food.

Are you a raging moron, is that your problem?

Artie still running a tight ship, minimal wait to check out, store was busy (for a Tuesday evening), plenty of staff nobody standing around doing nothing.
I don’t head to Market Basket often but makes me happy that a business owner who runs a respectful operation for his employees is still in charge and appears to be thriving.

Still wondering what the temporary cost cutter former RadioShack CEO is doing.

I had some meatloaf, not super high end but very family style comfort food. Corn was canned but amongst the best canned corn I’ve ever had. Slightly Smokey, not salty or water logged.

Another market basket trip. Lots of people shopping Monday morning. Employees everywhere. Lots of people in line to check out but it took me fewer than 3 minutes start to end.
Happy to see a business run old school like respect your employees, goal is to have them happy working for you. No funky automation.
Checkout line managed by two employees who direct people to where they should be
No self checkout
No semi tech BS like self scanner you hand the cashier or BS apps to slow things down.
Basic market with enough stuff and enough employees that actually want to help you out.
Comforting to see this business strategy still works.

EDIT: I forgot this was off topic changed the language

You call it Market Basket, but that's not what the bag says?

Never noticed that, I assume that’s what they call their kitchen/hot bar.

I don’t shop their often sort of inconvenient to get to.
I like them because it’s the tale of a place that values its employees and does pretty well doing it.
Story goes a few years ago some family members that owned part of the business teamed up and brought in a new cost cutter CEO.
Employees went ape, customers didn’t like the changes and business dropped until old owner had financing to buy back enough stock. He is the type CEO who wants a good living but doesn’t need an excessive living. I think I remember him saying 200k a year is enough for anyone.

Sounds like a stand-up fella.
