Buddy of mine was literally just asking why we haven’t seen Meadows all week. Well now we know.

I can just imagine the cleaning and disinfectant bill taxpayers will be left with before Biden dares set foot inside the Petri Dish at 1600 Pennsylvania.

It's after November 4, the Democrat won, wasn't Soros supposed to halt the biological weapon and make it just go away by now?
As long as the election is not settled, bio warfare will continue.

Not just Mark and Matt...

At least five people within President Donald Trump's orbit have tested positive for coronavirus, including his chief of staff Mark Meadows, a deputy for Meadows and a top campaign aide Nick Trainer.

Trump campaign staffers are angry because "the leadership in the campaign never sent out an email informing staff of the positive cases or cautioning them to stay home for the time being. Meadows was in the office multiple times this week without a mask."

I don't know if the 5 includes Matt Gaetz.

But remember "We are rounding the corner."

Mark Meadows has covid19? Well, I don't think anyone outside the beltway cares much.

Do the country and favor and give it to Moscow Mitch, shithead.

I suppose it would be "wrong" to wish them all dead?

Please hope he was near Moscow Mitch recently.

can you imagine Kentucky appointing the most likely replacement for a dead McConnel? Probably some 26 year old sociopathic Trumpist sonofabitch. I wonder if he would be worse. ....I mean, he'd sound a lot worse, but thankfully probably way less effective than McConnel. At least, we'd end up with another majority Leader in that situation, regardless of who is in power.

Yea, what were we thinking. It's Kentucky.

Kentucky has a Democratic governor. Its very possible a Democrat would be appointed. (Though I doubt it.)

Depends on state law. Some states require Governor-appointed senators to serve out a term like that to be from the same party as the departing (or departed) Senator. Or, a run-off election from both parties. Or, the party can appoint one/hold a party-only election for one, I think.

Anyway, it varies from state to state, and while in some cases I do believe it is possible for an opposite-party appointee to a vacant state, I think it is less common.

How did that happen. Was the lady that ran against Mitch not a good candidate?

The former governor Bevin was despised. McConnel isn't popular, but Kentucky is still a deep red state and his opponent was Republican lite running as a democrat.

They're angry now because the WH did exactly what it did a month ago when Hope Hicks & POTUS got infected? LOL!
