I'll stand with Jefferson as do all other Tenthers (even though I know that the 10th Amendment can't limit the govt and never was supposed to do so).

Levin is quite a tool not just for what he said about nullifiers, and also not just because he thinks that the 17th Amendment took away the sovereignty of the States but for many other things.

His proposed Convention of the States will just make things worse because the problem itself is the Constitution which doesn't require the govt to be neutral, nor has it ever limited the govt in any way, nor will it ever limit the goverment in anyway. Sometimes the Supreme Court limits the power of the govt, but they usually increase the power of the govt.

In other words, it can't be amended to reduce the power of the govt with shit like the Supreme Court having the final say, with the Supremacy Clause, and with the necessary and proper clause.

Before collapse of the Empire, Secession is the only thing that will limit the power of the govt and ensure maximum liberty. Not Rand Paul's pro-revenue ass, not the Libertarian Party, not Gary Johnson, not Mark Levin's Convention of the States, and not even going back to the Articles of Confederation (it wasn't pro-gold, and it required that the Debts be paid back by the central govt) can save America, but rather Secession from the American State.

We should all know that secession is the only way to escape tyranny because Dr. Paul was the Last Congressman of the Jeffersonian Tradition. Even Justin Amash came out in support of a continuing resolution.
