More progress in Iraq. This is good news. The Iraqis are getting a hand up if receiving the discipline training instilled into the marines, who btw are the elite of the elite.

Marines, in the meantime, are taking the opportunity to lead their Iraqi counterparts by their own example. Mostly, Marines are trying to instill a sense of unit pride and discipline among the Iraqis through routine military duties such as formations, physical training and other basic military fundamentals.

I rather imagine, though, that the iraqis are wondering why it is necessary to run everywhere they go.

Yes, more "progress" in the transfer. Things aren't all doom and gloom like some are trying to make it seem.
