"Pistolis allegedly bragged online about assaulting counterprotesters, describing a flag soaked in blood that he noted was not his own. On Aug. 12, 2017, he allegedly wrote: “Today cracked 3 skulls open with virtually no damage to myself.”"

Fuck you, you neo-nazi POS.

He's a disgrace to the service. Would love to meet him one on one (read: not with his stormtrooper buddies around). I got a nephew deployed to Okinawa. His mother (my sister) was a Marine as well. I was in the Navy. No tolerance for this kind of bullshit.

Court-Martial = dishonorable discharge = felony = no guns??

Hopefully the military actually notifies the proper authorities that he can no longer possess firearms. They've been a little behind on that if I recall.

Being convicted of something at a court martial does not necessarily mean a dishonorable discharge. It can, but it also just as easily does not. This was a summary court martial which AFAIK do not result in a dishonorable discharge. That requires conviction from a general court martial which are for the most serious offences.
