Yeah, that's how I remember her too. She was quite attractive earlier in her career during the 1930s and early 40s though.

Actually I just looked it up. Faye Dunaway portrayed Joan Crawford in Mommy Dearest. Regardless, she was an evil bitch

Hehe yeah. Dunaway had the look down and that was my earliest recollection of Crawford (even if it was another actress playing her) and so that's the look of Crawford that always comes to mind first. Especially the "No... wire... hangers." scene. 😀
