Also I'd honestly think Tobacco would be higher up on the dependence scale. I can say from my experience that it's far more addictive than the stuff right around it, as well as cocaine, not sure about heroin as I've never touched it. It would be the end of me.![]()
... you need to use heroin.
Only in the mind of the pot smoker...
"Whoa dude...I just had this deep thought. What if we totally...ummm...I forgot, what were we talking about?"
So if when I used to smoke, once I was a little seasoned with it, I had no such memory issues unless I really overdid it, what does that do to your conclusion?
Again, subjective. Not everyone reacts the same to any given drug.
How so?
You've obviously been smoking again...how else could you be so...dense? :\
... yeah, all right.
I think you missed the point I was getting at in the first place
This graph is all sorts of wrong.
it's not a deep thought, it's a un-contextualized thought;
I wouldn't call it creative, so much as the definition of ignorant.
Now if you're head is full of shit... well, shit, clearing that shit out is bound to help!
That's what I was trying for. An actual answer
I didn't know your real thoughts on that particular thing. It really irritates me when people think everything is the same for everyone... while you weren't serious, tons of people I know are.
I've known people over the years for whom amphetamines are like sleeping pills...yet opioids are like amphetamines...
I know the pot of today is MUCH different than the pot of my youth...almost like comparing "near beer" to Everclear...so I'm not surprised that the "spacy pot smoker" stereotype is getting more and more common.
Does that mean that I think everyone who enjoys a toke or two is a total space-out? No...but many are...they just don't seem to recognize it in themselves.

Yes, the typical stereotype is a lazy, taco eating goon. Drugs do different things to different people period. When I used to toke up I VERY rarely developed 'munchies'. Every now and then I might if I haven't ate in a while. I like to be productive, build a playground(true story) or wakeboard, or even run a few miles. I will have to agree that pot won't open your brain up to allow you to divide by zero but it definitely did things for me as far as studying goes and carrying on specific task related to school and sometimes work(when I used to wait tables, etc). Of course sometimes I could chief too hard and be worthless but you just have to know your limits.
Not calling you out old man(), just giggled when I saw your comment about the pot back then and now. First time my pops caught me with a dugout he asked me wtf is that? I was like uhh, pot.. His response: I've never seen pot look like that. He used to be quite the toker back in the day but this day and age they've got it down to a science.
I think it takes a certain type of mind for this to happen, though. Some people just get fucking dumb when they get high. Others get more introspective.
:hmm: I had to google "dugout," For me, it's part of a baseball stadium...not a pipeFrom your post, I'll guess you use "dugout" as something all together different.
I'm about as "anti-drug" as you can get...although I DO think marijuana should be legalized and controlled like liquor (spirits, not beer/wine) is controlled...sold in liquor stores to the "over-21 crowd," taxed, and regulated. Take it away from the "criminal element," and reduce the costs involved with prosecution/incarceration, remove the money made by the cartels and other criminals currently involved in the smuggling/growing/sales, plus, by taxing it, make a nice dent in the budget deficits of local, state, and federal budgets.
Ya, and on some obscure Russian site at that. Fox is crazy about nuking any attempt to put up Simpsons clips anywhere though, so take my word for it that stoned Homer says that to his new stoned friends after they miss the legalization vote.
no way, all those supposed "amazing muscians" of the last 50 years like "zeppelin ,hendrix, pink floyd, etc etc" did drugs and nobody will remember them. its the new straight edge musicians that far more creative and amazing, especially christian music.
