Last year me and a couple of my friends took the Thursday/Friday off work so we could stay home and watch the games. We had a blast so we're doing it again this year. :)

Anyone else take the day off and watch?

A couple of days?? So you only watched one round or what?

Well I live in Lawrence KS (home of the Jayhawks), and the NCAA Tourney is a big deal. Our new office should be finished in time for most of the games so will be tuning in quite a bit on a big-screen HDTV.

The sudden-death aspect of the tournament is what makes it so much more exciting than playoffs. EVERY team in the whole round of 64 has a chance. It's also fun to get in an office pool. Selection Sunday (where they announce the bracket) is always a fun day.

No, we watched the whole thing, but only the first rounds are on during the day. Everything after that is either on a weekend or in the evening so we don't have to take time off.

We'll be watching on a 55" TV. :)

Used to take the friday off that the ACC tournament started on, or at the latest, be home at 11:30..Tip off for the first game was 12, then 2:30..7, 9:30 I think. I mainly just followed a couple of teams but would tape record the games I missed at school and watch those between commercials of the live games when I got home...If I did have to go to school, I'd smuggle in a radio with headphones. One teacher was so cool, she busted me big time and said that I couldn't listen to it unless the whole class wanted to as well. We took a vote and it passed unanimously. I ditched the headphones and turned the volume up. Best math class ever..

All in all, I didn't ever get much sleep in March

Think the real question will be who is going to be in the final 4 and who do you think will win it all.

I'll be safe and say Kansas, Duke, Maryland, and Cincy. They are the only 4 dominant teams I have seen play this year. I think it will be..at least hoping for the Bearcats and Dook in the finals.

That's true... you're right about the scheduling.

Sports were meant for the big screen, not to mention home theater... Wish I had room for a widescreen projection set in my apt.

Someday!

So who you going for to win it all Amish?

I always root for the locals (Utah, Utah State, BYU, Weber State), but they don't have much chance to win. :)

After that, I don't know. I haven't filled out a bracket yet. :)

Weber State? Isn't that where Harold "The Show" Arceneaux was from? I never heard of that guy before or after those tournament games 3 or so years ago.

Will be going to CUSA tourney here in Cincy this year. Tickets are plentiful. We are very sad that we will be losing Steve Logan. He is nothing short of incredible. I would also tell everyone to look very closely at Marquette this year. Last Friday's game here against the Bearcats was wicked!!!!
