March is national colorectal cancer awareness month.

It's pretty grim at my work right now, my coworker went in for scope a couple weeks ago and they told him he has stage 3 colon cancer.

He is THE computer guy that knows our system in and out. We are majorly screwed without him, his assistant is clueless. (im thinking he will be out for awhile, maybe forever). Does management find a replacement right away? If not right away, how long do they wait?
