Yeah, all the US would need was just a picture of chuck next to the hangar in edwards airforce base and that would scare off terrorists.
 
That plane isn't air force one. Any plane the president files on is air force one. If the president is not on the plane that everyone thinks is air force one, then it is not air force one. If the president is not on that plane but the VP is, then its air force 2.
