This cartoon used to stress me out as a kid I felt sad for the dogs despair. Watching it as an adult I find the story much happier because of the ending.
Only had a dog as a kid, I have cats and a dog as an adult. My dog likes to chase the cats but also likes to have them around, kind of cares for them.
