Maps API of some sort?

I have an excel sheet with street address, city, state and zip code. The state column is actually all the same.

What I would like to do is use some type of API with Google Maps or something similar (hopefully free, but if the best alternative is not, let me know). Basically I want a little pin on a map where an address on the list is.

I remember years ago Microsoft Maps did that, but i'm not even sure if that software is still in production and figured with the whole Google move that Google may have something like that.

Suggestions?

Looks like Google Earth (or Google Earth Plus/Pro, looks like it has some extra import features) can do it

Microsoft has a great mapping program called "Map Point" that does this perfectly.

I've tried to get it to work with google maps, and It's always crashed out on me - maybe it's better now
