Mapping Network Drive

So I've mapped a folder on another computer in my network, which is protecte with a user name and pw.

When I mapped the folder I used that option "Connect Using a different..." and checked the "Reconnect on ..."

Even though I did this, every time I start WinXP it still prompts me to enter the PW everytime I try to access the folder.

Anyway I can set up the mapping so that I don't have to input the PW everytime?

If you are prompted for the password every time the computer tries to reconnect to the drive, that means Windows probably has the wrong password stored for the shared drive. Disconnect the drive completely (right-click on the drive and choose Disconnect) and map the drive again making sure you enter the correct user name and password for the share.
