Is there a map software available that allows the input of new street names/addresses manually?

Also, is there any chance I can add traffic light delays? Some of these auto-routes are so idiotic and stupid that they recommend you take certain routes that are literred with traffic lights (average of 1-3 min delays per light I'd say in moderate traffic).

What would be neat is if they'd either account for traffic lights or allow you to input them.

Accounting for traffic lights would be cool, but it still wouldnt be accurate because you could hit all green, all red, and of course mixed. Traffic light behavior also varies. Some rely on sensors, some are just timed. Thats a lot of info for an app.

Would be cool if you could tie into it real time and suggest a route based on time of day, rate of travel, and traffic light info, but thats like Star Trek stuff.
