Many ps2 games at Target for 19.99

I was at target tonight and saw a shelf of ps2 games like devil may cry, metal gear solid 2, nba street, nfl2k3.... all for 19.99 each. I couldn't remember all the titles on the shelf so you will have to go check it out if interested Good luck

Well, some of them are quite good, Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid, Tekken Tag. There are actually a bunch more than best buy has on that page.

Of course, a lot of them are crap

To become a Greatest Hit I think they have to have been out for a year and have sold more than 400K copies, or some big number like that.

I'm not sure that's it. GT3 was a greatest hit last spring, which was like 9 months before it came out. GTA3 still hasn't made greatest hit status, and AFAIK, it's still $50, just because people are still buying it for that much.

The above criteria are necessary, but not sufficient requirements for "Greatest Hits" status.

Since the games are all big sellers, they tend to be some of the best games. If you think that Devil May Cry and Metal Gear Solid 2 are "crappy," then you almost certainly don't like console games in general.

I wish Xbox would make a greatest hits category. It seems all the great games will stay above $40. Amped is probably the coolest game to come down to $20.

Most of the games that ar $19.99 in stores are also for sale as pre-played at Blockbuster for the same price. They have a Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal on their games right now.

Good way to get three games for the price of two, including these classics!

The pre-played games come with guarantees... if they don't play, take them back!
