Ask to be connect to public relations, tell a nice secretary which type of issue you are having, he will transfer over to executive customer rep who will be assigned to you until issue is resolved & you will have his direct number for future issues.

They have been nice to me recently. They haven't charged me for the past month's bill. I wonder if that has anything to do with me not receiving statements. Maybe I should call your magic number and tell them I wouldn't mind getting statements again if they want me to pay bills again.

Their CEO & President resigned, I think they finally understood they need to get their acts up. He was very friendly so was the rep he transferred me to not their regular response you get from CS. So out of few minutes phone call I get new phone, free month of service, charges adjusted and extra 350 minutes

If Verizon offered same plans as Sprint PCS, I would switch in a heart beat. Verizon wireless received awards for customer service

My phone kept going to roam mode while set to Sprint PCS mode since the day I bought it. Each month CS adjusted roaming minutes and told me to take to Sprint Service store which I did and it tested fine. This month I get charged 11 roaming minutes and CS refuse to adjust it, told me to take it to Sprint Service store again. This phone is old but I love it since it has built it speakerphone option, i am getting sanyo 4900 which has built in speakerphone as well

thats the one thing i miss bout my motorola i90c, the speakerphone option
i used that so much and it was clear too

I've used sprintPCS for over three years. I've never had to call customer service.

Same here. Never had to call CS either.

Same here, no problems with my phone or their service all over the US.

No complaints about service either, only equipment and billing. I didn't go over my minutes either.

their service is sporadic at best. Too many dropped calls for my liking. And i got a much better deal with AT&T. Plus so far, my experience with AT&T's CSR has been pleasant
