Manufacture Refurb SSD

Hey Guys, Ncix has a Samsung 850 evo refurbished 120gb for 68.00. Are Factory refurbished SSD's worth it?

That begs the question - is a new SSD more likely to be AOK based on a lot sampling test than a factory refurb which has been thoroughly individually tested? If the factory warranty is the same, it's even more interesting.
