Manuals for HP OEM mobos?

Have a HP Pavillion XT983 here I'm fixing for someone and it won't even post(fans spin up, believe it's getting stuck at BIOS extract).

Based on the symptoms described to me I think the processor may be shot, but I can't find the jumper settings for this mobo to find out how to alter it to take a GHZ Tbird I know works in place of the 1.4 TBird it has in there now. Anyone know where I can find this out?

I've searched around quite a bit and it appears that this board has a SantaFe mobo running a VIA either KM or KL 133 chipset, but that is all I have been able to find. Any help greatly appreciated.
