Manually edit DNS record on Windows Server 2003?

I have DNS set up on my Windows 2003 server. I would like to make it so that a certain domain name will be associated with an IP address of my choice. Almost like a host file, but in DNS. Basically I want to redirect www.example.com to a different place than it would normally take you via DNS. How can I edit my DNS server to do this? Any help is appreciated!

Create an example.com forward lookup zone then populate it with whatever host records you want and give the host records whatever IP you want.
