Manually converting s-video to rca

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good website that explins how to do this.. or better yet, some one here who has done it.

I have a video card with svideo out. I want to run s-video from my video card to my tv's rca video in, but I don't have an s-video to rca converter. The one at Radio shack was $21.55!!! (that makes my fires of hatred for radioshack burn wildly). Also the one at radioshack was small and simple looking which suggested to me that there is a good posibility that I might just ba able to take an s-video cable and an rca cable, cut them in half, and then sodder them together in the proper way.

Thanks in advance

Not pretty but it will work
Or look for a real one at www.partsexpress.com

ALSO: I just bought that $22.55 converter for $ 0.99 on ebay! wOOt!

I am pretty sure ATi includes those adaptors with their vid cards (at least the x800s, that is).
It's a very simple (small) plug, all that's involved is the schematic linked above.
