Mantle-the end of nVidia?

It looks like coding for a low-level API like Mantle will more efficiently use the Radeon's hardware capabailities. DirectX11 and OpenGl or high-level APIs that don't take 100% advantage of AMD's or nVidia's or Intel's GPUs.
