The British bobsleigh stood no chance of winning, but what kind of fool throws a coin at a bobsleigh when it is travelling at 80 mph?!?!! The person who did it needs an ass-whooping!!!
 
Yes, that is exactly what happened, they were on about the 10th corner, and had moved up to 6th place and they suddenly slowed to 11th place, when the Bob arrived at the bottom, the driver jumped out swearing that someone threw a coin. They lodged an appeal and the video evidence showed that indeed a coin or something had been thrown and they were allowed to run again after all the other competitors had been. However they dropped even further down, BUT the point is not their positition, it is the fact that they could have been killled because of the madman (woman) who threw the coin!!!!
 
shortalias, if they find out who threw the coin at the Olympic athlete duing his run, they should strap him to a bobsled and push him down the course w/ people throwing coins at him, should teach him a lesson 😀
