Mandrake SNF help

What is the command to access the Mandrake system configuration utility comparable to Linuxconf in redhat? I'm sure you can install linuxconf under Mandrake SNF, but for times sake (don't have an active burner at the moment, or network connection) I need to get my NIC's installed, 3COM 3c905-tp & tpo. Which for some odd reason, the install couldn't automatically install the tulip drivers for....WEIRD. Anywho, what is the process to get them installed?
