hi,
my fan is running at regular high speed in mandrake linux all teh time. It is way too noisy. Is there any way to control the fan speed in linux?
 
CPU heatsink fan or case fan? If its a case fan w/o any speed control, then probably not. CPU fans are usually controlled by the BIOS, are they not?
