What I want to do is allow my Linux Box surf the net through my Modem installed on Windows 2000 Computer. The program I am using on Windows 2000 allows HTTP / FTP surfing through 192.168.0.1 Port 6588. I have my Linux NIC card set to 192.168.0.5. How to I set up Mandrake Linux to connect to a proxy via 192.168.0.1 port 6588? I do not see how to enter this in. Thank you. 😕
