Mandrake Linux: File Sharing w/ Windows PCs

Aight, so how do I set it up so that I can share files off of my Mandrake Linux PC from my Win98 SE PC???

As far as I can tell windows doesnt even see the Linux comptuer on the networt, but its definitally connected cause it connects to the proxy server on the Win98 computer.
 
You need to install and configure (may already be installed) Samba, which has been discussed multiple times here already so use the search button.
