Mandrake Linux and System Commander 2000

Have a system with Win2K and 98SE on it with another HD not being used, so, I D/L Mandrake 7.2 and it installs fine but it won't load through System Commander. Sysytem Commander instructions say to load LILO at Root Superblock instead of at MBR but this option isn't available even in expert install as far as I can tell. New to Mandrake and any Pros help with this will be appreciated!
