Mandrake 7.2 .. boot floppy can't see CDrom..

help.. I've been trying to install mandrake 7.2 on this old P90 w/32 meg ram.. anyways.. It's got a mitsumi Cdrom in it.. and it doens't boot from Cd.. So I made a mandrake boot disk.. and when I boot off of it.. it looks okay, but when it tries to get the Cdrom to work, it asks me what kind of cdrom I have.. and there is a list.. I tried mitsumi (of course) and it didn't work and did em all down the line.. the jumper is correct (I even tried it other way).. and I dont' know how to specify the cdrom properties.. because that's what it asks for if it doesn't automatically detect it.. I need to know what to tell it.. it's asking for numbers I guess.. the module identification I think.. or something.. anyone know? thanks.
